2. Choose the experience

Ask the vendor to recommend the final unit and stall count for your attendance, duration, service schedule, and local requirements.
3. Check the site before delivery
- Flat placement area and delivery-truck access
- Gate width, turns, overhead clearance, stairs, or soft ground
- Distance to water and electrical hookups, if required
- Accessible travel route and placement needs
- Permission from the venue, property owner, or site manager
- A safe servicing route if the rental lasts more than one day

- What water, power, placement, and access conditions do you require?
- What cleaning, pumping, restocking, or on-site service is included?
- What is the cancellation, weather, damage, and overtime policy?
- Who handles a problem during the rental, and how quickly can they respond?
