BookARestroom publishes public business information, comparison rankings, and restroom-planning guidance. We do not employ, supervise, screen, certify, endorse, or guarantee a listed business. We do not negotiate your scope or price, hold funds, or become a party to an agreement you make with a rental company.
Listings are provided “as is” and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Independently verify current service area, inventory, availability, insurance, permits, delivery terms, utilities, servicing, accessibility, references, and price before hiring or paying anyone.
Rankings are editorial opinions produced by applying a fixed method to public data at a point in time. They are not certifications or guarantees. Paid Featured placements, if offered, are clearly labeled and visually separate; payment never changes score, eligibility, or ranked order.
Submitting a rental brief asks BookARestroom to review your planning details and, if useful, contact you. It is not a booking, order, vendor quote, or promise that we will find a vendor. Today, we forward requests to nobody. Contact listed companies directly to verify service and pricing.
Submitting a claim, correction, pilot question, or waitlist inquiry does not create a subscription, authorize a charge, guarantee placement, or change a ranking. Corrections and removal requests are free and are never conditioned on payment.
Do not submit false or third-party contact information, automate submissions, interfere with security controls, scrape or bulk-republish the compiled directory, or use the site for unlawful marketing. We may reject submissions or restrict access to protect visitors and the service.
We do not control third-party sites or businesses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brian Higdon, sole proprietor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or a listed business. Aggregate liability is limited to US$100 or the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be waived.
